Use this CSV template to format your data
Expected Columns
- property - Property street number or name (e.g., "107", "1020 Asbury")
- tenant_name - Name of the tenant
- unit_name - Unit identifier (optional)
- payment_type - One of:
monthly,yearly,seasonal - amount - Payment amount (monthly rent, yearly total, or seasonal total)
- season_start - For seasonal: start month (e.g., "May")
- season_end - For seasonal: end month (e.g., "September")
- start_date - Lease start date (YYYY-MM-DD)
- end_date - Lease end date (optional, leave blank for ongoing)
- notes - Optional notes
Monthly amount is auto-calculated: yearly ÷ 12, seasonal ÷ season months
